1. General provisions

This Privacy Policy governs the processing of visitor data on AI Webcatalog (the “Site”). The Site administration acts as the data controller (“Controller”), reachable through the Contact page. By using the Site, you agree to this Policy.

2. Data processed

The Site processes the minimum data needed to operate:

• the visitor’s IP address in hashed form, to prevent vote manipulation and repeated submissions;
• cookies remembering the interface language and cookie consent;
• the email and message provided when submitting a tool, used to communicate its status and review notifications;
• anonymized page-visit statistics and, if enabled, data collected by third-party analytics services (section 4).

The Site does not request visitors’ names, phone numbers, physical addresses or payment details.

3. Purposes

• Protecting tool ratings against manipulated votes;
• communicating about tool submissions, including email status notifications;
• remembering interface preferences between visits;
• improving the Site’s quality and usability, including through analytics.

4. Cookies and analytics

See the Cookie Policy for details. The Controller may enable third-party analytics such as Yandex Metrica or Google Analytics. These services may set cookies and process visitor data under their own privacy policies.

5. Third parties

The Site does not sell or share visitor data with third parties for advertising. Hosting, email and enabled analytics providers may process data as necessary to deliver their services, or where expressly required by law.

6. Retention

Hashed IP addresses are retained indefinitely as part of aggregated rating statistics; the original IP is not stored in the hash. Submission emails and messages are retained as long as needed to process the submission or until a deletion request (section 8).

8. Visitor rights

You may request information about stored data, its correction or deletion, including a submission and its email, through the Contact page. You can disable cookies in your browser, which may restrict features such as voting protection.

9. Age

The Site is not intended to deliberately collect data from people under 18. A minor’s legal representative may request deletion through the Contact page if data was provided without their consent.
