1. General provisions
These Terms govern the use of AI Webcatalog (the “Site”). By accessing and using it, you accept these Terms.
2. Service
The Site is a directory of AI tools. It aggregates public information and adds editorial material and user ratings to help visitors choose tools.
3. Informational content and AI
Materials are for reference and are not advertising, a binding offer or a quality guarantee. Some descriptions, pros and cons and criterion assessments are created with AI from public information and reviewed before publication. They may nevertheless contain errors or outdated information. Check current pricing, terms and privacy information on the provider’s official website. See our assessment methodology. Visitors decide independently whether to use third-party tools.
4. Intellectual property
Third-party names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for informational purposes. Original reviews and design are protected by copyright.
5. Affiliate links
Some tool pages contain marked affiliate links. A visit and subsequent registration may earn the Site a commission. These links do not influence descriptions or assessments and are a means of monetization.
6. Tool submissions
By submitting a tool, you confirm that the information is accurate and its publication does not violate third-party rights. The administration may reject a submission, edit materials or request more information without explaining its reasons. Submission does not guarantee publication.
7. Ratings
Do not manipulate ratings through repeated votes, automation or similar means. The administration may cancel votes it considers unreliable without notice.
8. Age requirements
You must be old enough under the law of your country of residence to accept these Terms independently.
9. Liability
The administration is not responsible for third-party services’ availability, safety or terms, or for the accuracy of automatically generated materials described in section 3. Such materials are informational, not guarantees.
10. Applicable law
These Terms are interpreted under the law of the Russian Federation, except where mandatory rules in the visitor’s country of residence apply. The parties aim to resolve disputes through discussion.
11. Changes
The administration may change these Terms unilaterally. Continued use after publication of changes means acceptance of the updated Terms.
