Consent to the processing of personal data
By ticking the “I give my consent to the processing of personal data” box in a form on AI Webcatalog (the “Site”) and submitting the form, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest, consent to the Site administration (the “Controller”, reachable through the Contact page) processing my personal data on the terms below.
1. Personal data
- email address;
- name or nickname given in a review;
- information I provide in the text of a submission or review, and the links I enter;
- technical data: hashed IP address and cookie data.
2. Purposes
- reviewing a request to add a tool to the catalog and notifying me of its status by email;
- moderating and publishing a review and notifying me of the moderation result by email;
- protecting the Site’s forms and ratings from abuse.
3. Processing operations
Collection, recording, organization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion and destruction — with or without automated means.
4. Transfer and publication
The data may be transferred to the hosting provider and the email notification service to the extent needed for their work. The name or nickname and the text of a review are published on the Site with the review after moderation, on the basis of a separate consent to the dissemination of personal data. The email is not published and is not shared with third parties for advertising.
5. Term and withdrawal
This consent is valid until the purposes of processing are achieved or until it is withdrawn. I can withdraw it by writing to the Controller through the Contact page. After withdrawal, the Controller stops processing and deletes the data within 30 days unless the law requires keeping it. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.
