Consent to the dissemination of personal data

By ticking the “I give my consent to the dissemination of personal data” box in the review form on AI Webcatalog (the “Site”) and submitting the review, I consent, under Article 10.1 of the Russian Federal Law “On Personal Data”, to the Site administration (the “Controller”, reachable through the Contact page) disseminating my personal data on the terms below.

1. Data disseminated

• the name or nickname given in the review;
• the review text and the rating given.

The email address is not disseminated.

2. Purpose

Publishing a review of a tool on the Site.

3. Where the data is published

On the Site’s pages at ai-webcatalog.space, including the page of the tool the review is about.

4. Conditions and restrictions

I do not set restrictions on the transfer of this data or on its processing by an unlimited number of persons. I can set such restrictions or conditions at any time by notifying the Controller through the Contact page.

5. Term and withdrawal

This consent is valid while the review is published on the Site. I can withdraw it at any time by writing to the Controller through the Contact page; the Controller removes the review from publication no later than three working days after receiving the request. Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
